For those who are entirely new to this tell who you are and where were you born and raised?
I go by G Lean Tha Fireboy aka Gordon Limbrick. I was born Dec. 17, 1982 at Alta Bates Hospital in Berkeley CA. I was raised in Oakland CA.
Are you signed to/on Mouthpiece Society?
Mouthpiece Society was the foundation established by my bro Chris Lockett in our neighborhood of origin “Sobrante Park” located in the deepest part of east Oakland. This is where we came together, so I guess you can say we signed by loyalty.
What are your goals in music?
As far as the goals I’ve set for myself in this music is bringing back originality and creativity. The sky is the limit.
I heard that! You are absolutely correct. Tell us about your latest release. Name of it, a little about it?
Tha Match Book Kid hosted by DJ Racks, available now on indy.livemixtapes.com for free download…would be considered my latest project displaying my diverse style over other people beats!!!
What are you working on now?
At this time, I’m strictly working on my visuals to promote the few projects that I have available online.

In the early to late 90’s my oldest Brother constructed a very successful local rap trio by the name of 3X Krazy where he took on the identity of Agerman. This is what inspired me to get in to writing music and becoming a Rap Artist.
You just mentioned a hugely successful Rap Group from the past, will the Bay Area be huge again like in the past?
At the end of the day I believe the Bay will always be great. It’s us as the local music scene, we have to come together so that the rest of the world understands that.
